Photos & approval
For custom or first-time orders, we share photos of the piece before making the batch.

Each murti is finished in our Mumbai workshop and checked by hand, so the finish stays consistent.

Every murti is packed on its own. India by courier; other countries quoted by destination.
Packing & shipping
Murtis are fragile, so every one is packed on its own before it leaves Mumbai.
- Within India: courier dispatch in 2–5 business days for ready designs, then 4–8 business days to deliver.
- Custom and large orders: the schedule is confirmed with your quote.
- Other countries: shipping quoted by destination. Import duties and taxes are paid by the buyer.
- Payment: UPI or bank transfer once you approve the quote.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There’s no fixed minimum. Tell us the design, finish and quantity, and we’ll quote a price for that quantity.
Can you make a different deity or size?
Tell us what you need. We’ll confirm whether we can make it and send a quote; custom pieces are made to order and shared as photos for approval first.
How long does a bulk order take?
Our ready designs dispatch within 2–5 business days. Custom and large orders take longer; we confirm the schedule with your quote.
How are the murtis packed and shipped?
Every murti is cushioned and packed on its own. Within India we ship by courier, with delivery 4–8 business days after dispatch. For other countries we quote shipping by destination and confirm the packing with your quote.
Who pays import duties abroad?
The buyer pays any import duties and taxes in the destination country.
How do we start, and how do we pay?
Send your requirement on WhatsApp or through our contact page. We reply with a quote, and once you approve it we share payment details for UPI or bank transfer.
