2. Our Products — Handcrafted by Nature

Every murti is handmade, so slight variations in colour, texture, size and detail are natural and are not defects — they are part of the charm of a handcrafted piece. We make every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible, but the actual colour you see may vary depending on your screen. Where a product note mentions that a detail (such as the colour of a saree) may vary based on availability, that variation is expected.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices, offers and product availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, and to discontinue any product. In the rare case of a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel any affected order, even after it has been placed.

4. Orders, Billing & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and contact information for all orders. We may refuse, limit or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, are placed by resellers/dealers without authorisation, or breach these Terms. If we change or cancel your order, we will try to notify you using the contact details you provided.

5. Payments

Online payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay (supporting cards, UPI and netbanking). By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay’s applicable terms. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received, or, for WhatsApp/manual orders, once we confirm it with you.

6. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Delivery, returns, replacements and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Vishnupriya Arts name and logo, product photographs, artwork, text and design — is our property or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or exploit any part of the site or its content without our prior written permission.

8. Reviews & Submissions

If you send us comments, ideas, reviews or other submissions, you agree that we may use, edit and publish them (for example, a product review) without restriction or obligation to compensate you. Your submissions must be your own, must not be unlawful, misleading or offensive, and must not infringe anyone’s rights. You are responsible for the accuracy of anything you submit.
