Ready-to-ship pieces are usually dispatched within 2–5 business days of your order being confirmed. Because each idol is handcrafted, custom and made-to-order pieces take longer — we’ll share an estimated timeline with you at the time of your order. You’ll receive an update from us once your order is on its way.

2. Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies to orders across India.
  • Free shipping on orders of ₹5,000 and above (after any discount).

The exact shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.

3. Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 4–8 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities are usually quicker; remote and interior locations may take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as the final leg depends on our courier partners.

4. Safe, Fragile-Friendly Packaging

Our idols are fragile works of art, so we take packaging seriously. Every murti is wrapped in protective layers, cushioned against movement, and packed snugly to travel safely across India. If your order still arrives damaged, our Refund & Return Policy covers a free replacement or refund — just tell us within 48 hours with photos.

5. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available from our courier partner, we’ll share the tracking details with you by WhatsApp or email so you can follow your order to your door.

6. Delays Beyond Our Control

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed by factors outside our control — courier backlogs, weather, festival-season volumes, regional restrictions or other force-majeure events. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed and get your order to you as quickly as possible.

7. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us for this reason, we’ll contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping charges may apply).

8. Bulk, Temple & International Orders

For large temple murtis, bulk quantities, or shipping outside India, delivery timelines and charges are quoted individually. Please see our Bulk & Export page or contact us directly and we’ll tailor a shipping plan for you.
